Method: Open meet to all conference sponsoring members.
Tie Breaking Procedures: In the event of a tie the time of the fifth place runner will break the tie.

All-Conference Team: By Championship Meet finish, 5 First-Team, 5 Second-Team, and 5 Third-Team members.
MVP: Female and male winners of the championship race.
Coach of the Year: The COY will be determined based on team finish during the championship meet. The winning coach for the women and men will be the Coach of the Year.
Freshman of the Year: Freshman female and male best finishers in the championship race.
