Conference Carolinas Student Athletes Earn 80 USTFCCCA All-Region Awards
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track &
Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced
Monday the All-Region honorees for the 2014 Division II outdoor
track & field season.
The top five individuals in each event from each region earned
the All-Region distinction, in addition to each of the members of
the regions’ top three relay teams. The regions used for this
award match those used during the cross country season, and
student-athletes must come from USTFCCCA member institutions.

Seven Tornado athletes named USTFCCCA
All-Region
With the outdoor track and field season
nearly complete, seven King University athletes have earned
USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors. Three Tornado women's
athletes garnered recognition while four men earned the distinction
that was headlined by Justin Newring,Brent

Five Trojans Combine For Nine Men's Track
And Field All-Southeast Region Awards
Dylan Lafond was
recognized for three events, while Angus
Sinclair and Austin Steagall were
each recognized for two events as five University of Mount Olive
student-athletes earned 2014 Division II Men's Track and Field
All-Southeast Region honors from the USTFCCCA (United States Track
and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association). Frederic Lang
and Jacob Urys also earned All-Region
