Pfeiffer Climbs to No. 2 and Limestone Claims No. 21 in Latest NSCAA National Rankings
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Pfeiffer Falcons and Limestone Saints both found spots in the latest NSCAA Division II Men's Soccer National Poll on Tuesday. The Falcons moved up one spot to No. 2 in the rankings, while the Saints claimed the No. 21 spot in the polls.
Pfeiffer (9-0) made the move to No. 2 following a 2-0 week, which included a 3-0 win over Tusculum and a 5-0 win over North Greenville.
Limestone (6-2) dropped to No. 21 after losing its only match of the week to then No. 16 Wingate.
Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan. Emmanuel College and Southern Wesleyan University are currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
