Mount Olive's Hollenbacher Named Conference Carolinas Men's Golfer of the Month

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Mount Olive men's golfer Brady Hollenbacher has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Golfer of the Month for the month of September, the conference announced today.

Hollenbacher, a senior from Fleming Island, Fla., had a solid month of September, leading the Trojans to two top-10 finishes at the Kiawah Island Invitational (9th) and Jay Jennison Cup (6th).

He individually finished tied for 34th at Kiawah, shooting a 74 on day one and a 76 on day two for a two-day total of 150. At the Jay Jennison Cup, Hollenbacher finished tied for second with a three-day total of 211, which tied the second lowest 54-hole score in school history. His 67 on day one of the tournament tied for the second lowest 18-hole score in school history. Hollenbacher would follow his Jennison Cup performance with a 71 on day two and 73 on day three.
