10 Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer Players Named NSCAA All-Region

HIGH POINT, N.C. - 10 Conference Carolinas men's soccer players were named to the 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Southeast Region team, the association announced today.

Limestone College led the conference with five selections, Pfeiffer would land four players on the list, while Lees-McRae tallied one honoree. Five of the 10 selections were first team members, four were second team and one was third team. 

Pfeiffer four selections all earned first team recognition, with forwards Nathan Regis and Jaime Siaj being joined on the team by defender Cristobal Allendes and midfielder Martim Galvao. Limestone's Harry Cooksley would round out the first team selections.

Limestone would place goalkeeper Tom Godfrey, defender Lalaina Randriamanantena, midfielder Tyler Agiovlassitis and forward Gui Machado on the second team. Lees-McRae's James Abraham would round out the Conference Carolinas' honorees with a third team selection.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athleticconference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount OliveNorth Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College and Southern Wesleyan University are currently completing the NCAA DII membership process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
