Belmont Abbey College's Schellenberg and Erskine College's Dodge Named to D2CCA All-Region Volleyball Teams
HIGH POINT, N.C. - A pair of Conference Carolinas women's volleyball players were named to the 2015 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Southeast Region team, the association announced today. Belmont Abbey College's Hannah Schellenberg was named to the first team, while Erskine College's Kristen dodge received second team honors.
Schellenberg was the 2015 Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Year and a first team all-conference selection. She led the conference in multiple categories, including kills per set (4.82) and total kills (550). Dodge, a 2015 first team all-conference selection, led the Flying Fleet to a regular season and tournament title while finishing second in the conference on assists per set (10.63) and third in total assists (1074).
With her first team selection, Schellenberg is now eligible for All-America consideration.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-Mcrae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College and Southern Wesleyan University are currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
