Kansas City, Mo. – The Limestone College Saints were tabbed the No. 10 men's soccer team in the country according to the 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) preseason poll on Thursday afternoon.
Limestone enters 2015 with a chance to win its fourth straight Conference Carolinas regular season title after going 16-5-2 overall in 2014, which included a perfect 10-0-0 mark in conference play.
Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College,
Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive,
North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College and
Southern Wesleyan University are currently completing the NCAA DII membership process and will be fully competing
in league championships in the near future.
