Limestone's Rawcliffe Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone midfielder Holly Rawcliffe has been named the Conference Carolinas Women’s Soccer Player of the Week for matches played the between Sept. 7-13, the conference announced today.

A freshman from Preston, England, Rawcliffe led the Saints to a dominant 2-0 record last week after tallying seven points on three goals and an assist. She got her week started with a first half hat-trick in an 8-1 rout of Chowan on Sept. 8. Rawcliffe followed her stellar offensive performance up with an assist in Limestone's 2-0 win over conference foe Converse on Sept. 12.

Rawcliffe currently ranks first in points (11) and goals (5) in the Conference Carolinas statistical standings.

 

Also nominated for Women’s Soccer Player of the Week: Della Futral (Barton), Meghan Philp (Belmont Abbey), Alex Wetherholt (Mount Olive), Kendyl Baird (King) and Megan Robertson (NGU).
