Limestone's Rawcliffe Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone midfielder Holly Rawcliffe have been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 14-20, the conference announced today.

Rawcliffe, a freshman, tallied three goals and one assist for seven points on the week and led Limestone to its first 6-0 start in school history with two wins over Conference Carolinas foes. The Preston, England native got her week started with two goals on only three shots in the Saints' 6-0 rout of Emmanuel (Ga.) on Sept. 15. Four days later, Rawcliffe would notch a goal and an assist in Limestone's 5-1 blowout of Pfeiffer to move her team to 3-0 in conference play. She took six shots on the week and placed four on target.

Rawcliffe ranks first in points (18) and goals (8) in the Conference Carolinas statistical standings. The award marks her second consecutive Player of the Week honor.
