Limestone and Pfeiffer Ranked in Latest NSCAA Division II National Poll

KANSAS CITY, MO. – Limestone College and Pfeiffer University both stayed put inside the top 25 of the rankings for the fifth straight week, according to the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) NCAA Division II Poll.

The Saints dropped three spots to No. 13 after going 1-1 last week. Limestone would drop a 1-0 contest to Young Harris, while staying undefeated in Conference Carolinas play with a 3-2 win over Southern Wesleyan.

Pfeiffer moved up one spot to No. 20 after posting two Conference wins last week. The Falcons would trounce Mount Olive 6-0 and sneak past North Greenville 1-0.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College is currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
