Converse's Doolittle Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Converse College midfielder Nicole Doolitte has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 26 - Oct. 2, the Conference announced today.

Doolittle, a junior from Orlando, Fla., led the Valkyries to a 2-0 week in Conference Carolinas action after collecting six points on three goals. Converse would pick up wins over Erskine and Emmanuel.

Against Erskine, Doolittle would post one goal on two shots in the 2-1 victory over the Fleet. She would cap her week off with a two-goal performance in the Valkyries' 2-0 win over the Lions.

Doolittle ranks third in Conference Carolinas in goals (4), fourth in points (10) and ninth in assists (2).
