Pfeiffer Bolts Into Top 10; Limestone Drops to No. 25 in National Rankings

KANSAS CITY, MO. – Pfeiffer University made the jump from No. 14 to No. 9, while Limestone College dropped to No. 25, according to the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) NCAA Division II Poll.

The Falcons closed out the regular season in dominating fashion, going 2-0 with a 7-2 win over Limestone and 3-0 win over Belmont Abbey.

The Saints posted a 1-1 record in the final week of the regular season, losing 7-2 to Pfeiffer before winning 4-0 over Erskine.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College is currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
