Pfeiffer's Pritchard Named Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.Pfeiffer University forward Meg Pritchard has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played Nov. 21-27, the Conference announced today.

A senior from Adelaide, Australia, Pritchard led the Falcons to a win over Southern Wesleyan in their lone game last week. In a 68-52 victory, Pritchard would shoot 64.3 percent from the floor (9-for-14), including 57.1 percent from three-point range (4-for-7), to net 23 points. She would also stuff the stat sheet with eight rebounds, four steals, three assists and one block.

Pritchard ranks first in Conference Carolinas with 21.5 points per game, while ranking second in both field goal percentage (57.7) and three-point percentage (58.3) and ninth in rebounds per game (7.5).
