Limestone Earns Bid to 2016 NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship

HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Limestone College Saints earned a bid to the 2016 NCAA Women's Soccer Championship, the NCAA announced today. The Saints received the No. 3 seed in the Southeast Region as an automatic qualifier after winning the 2016 Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Championship on Sunday (Nov. 6) afternoon.

The Saints (18-1-0) will play No. 6 seed Carson-Newman University in the first round on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. The match will be played on the campus of the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga., with the winner facing the Nighthawks in the second round on Nov. 13 at 1 p.m.
