Limestone College Enters Top 3 in USA TODAY Sports Division II Top 25 Poll

HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Limestone College Saints have entered the top 3 in the latest WBCA/USA TODAY Sports Division II Top 25 women's basketball poll, it was announced today. The Saints earned two first-place votes for the third straight week and are now No. 3 in the nation. Limestone improved to 21-0 last night and 16-0 in Conference Carolinas play.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 12 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, Pfeiffer University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College and Southern Wesleyan University are currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
