Mount Olive's Havens Named Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive guard Felicity Havens has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 8-14, the conference announced today.

Havens, a sophomore from Wilmington, N.C., led Mount Olive to a 3-0 week after averaging 18.7 points and 7.3 rebounds.

Havens would see limited minutes in an 83-57 win over Lees-McRae, but was efficient from the field, shooting 3-for-4 from the field, including 1-for-2 from three-point range, for seven points and four rebounds. In a 78-58 win over Southern Wesleyan, Havens would pour in 25 points and pull down seven rebounds. Against Erskine, she would register a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds to help the Trojans to a 71-55 win.
