Mount Olive's Kulka Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive midfielder Alysha Kulka has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 8-14, the conference announced today.
A senior from Calgary, Alberta, Kulka posted 15 points for the No. 12 Trojans and led them to a 3-0 week. She went for four points on one goal and three assists with three ground balls in a 9-5 win over Lenoir-Rhyne. she would top that performance with four goals and four assists for eight points in a 20-2 conference win over Converse. In a 6-5 come-from-behind win over Wingate, Kulka would score three goals, including the game-winner with 8:10 left in the contest.
Kulka leads Conference Carolinas in points (23), goals (11) and assists (12).
