Three Conference Carolinas Indoor Track and Field Athletes Named Division II All-Americans by USTFCCCA
NEW ORLEANS, LA. – All-America honorees for the NCAA Division II indoor track and field season were recognized Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Student-athletes earned first-team USTFCCCA All-America honors by virtue of finishing among the top eight in their events, including as a member of a relay, at this past weekend’s NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Pittsburg, Kansas.
For the first time indoors, second-team honors were bestowed upon those finishing ninth through 12th. Ninth- and 10th-place relay teams also earn the distinction.
Conference Carolinas had three individuals receive All-America honors, with all three coming from Limestone College's men's track and field team.
