Lees-McRae's LeCompte Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Lees-McRae College attack Peyton LeCompte has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Mar. 21-27, the conference announced today.
A sophomore from Carolina Beach, N.C., LeCompte would be a do-it-all player for the Bobcats in their 10-7 win over Conference foe Converse last week. The attack would tally five points on five goals while scooping up four ground balls, collecting six draw controls and causing two turnovers.
LeCompte currently ranks fifth in Conference Carolinas with 26 goals while her 31 points rank eighth in the Conference.
