Limestone's Sisk Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College attack Shannon Sisk has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Apr. 4-10, the conference announced today.

A sophomore from Brooklin, Ontario, Sisk had an another solid week for the No. 11 Saints, posting 11 points on five goals and six assists.

Against Lees-McRae, Sisk would put up four goals and dish three helpers for seven points to lead the Saints to an 18-4 win over the Bobcats. She would then lead the Saints to another win over a ranked opponent this season, beating the No. 17 Mount Olive Trojans, 8-4. Sisk would notch three assists and find the back of the net once for four points in the win.

Sisk's 34 assists and 56 points rank first and second in Conference Carolinas, respectively. This marks her third player of the week award this season.
