Belmont Abbey's Sellars Named Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Belmont Abbey College attack Connor Sellars has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Apr. 4-10, the conference announced today.
A senior from Brampton, Ontario, Sellars posted 13 points on eight goals and five assists for the Crusaders and led them to a pair of wins last week. Against Coker, Sellars would tally six points on four goals and two assists in the 16-6 win over the Cobras. He would follow the performance up with four goals and three assists for seven points in a 17-3 win over the Crusaders of North Greenville.
Sellars ranks third Conference Carolinas in points (51), while ranking fourth in both goals (30) and assists (21).
