Four Conference Carolinas Players Named to D2CCA All-Region Baseball Team

MONTEVALLO, ALA. - Conference Carolinas was represented by four baseball players on the 2016 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Southeast Region team, the association announced today.

Barton College's Dylan Ward led the way for Conference Carolinas as a first team selection, while King University's Ryan Whitt and University of Mount Olive's Zak Orrison and Bruce Zimmerman were named second team honorees.

All first team D2CCA NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region selections are now eligible for All-America consideration. The D2CCA NCAA Division II All-America teams will be announced Friday, May 27.
