Pfeiffer's Siaj Named Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Pfeiffer University forward Jaime Siaj has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 1-4, the Conference announced today.

A junior from Madrid, Spain, Siaj shined bright in the No. 1 Falcons offensive attack and helped them to a 2-0 start. The forward would post three goals and two assists for eight points on the week, while taking 12 shots and placing seven on frame.

Against Lander, Siaj scored one goal and dish out an assist for three points as the Falcons won the game 4-1 over the Bobcats. In a 4-2 win over Catawba, Siaj would find the back of the net twice and dish out another assist for five points.

Siaj leads Conference Carolinas in points (8), goals (3) and shots (12), while ranking second in assists (2).
