Mount Olive's Dahlke and Greyno Named Conference Carolinas Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive duo of Jonathan Dahlke and Nick Greyno have been named the Conference Carolinas Men’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, respectively, for meets held Jan. 23-29, the conference announced today.
A junior from Cologne, Germany, Dahlke had a solid day at the UNCG Dual Meet Madness event hosted by UNC Greensboro. He would post a sixth-place finish in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:57.32, while leading the Trojans to a win in the DMR with a time of 10:16.81.
Greyno, a senior from Wilmington, N.C., posted a pair of top-three finishes at the UNCG Dual Meet Madness event hosted by UNC Greensboro. He would win the shot put with a throw of 14.89 meters and take third in the weight throw with a mark of 15.28 meters.
