Limestone's Rawcliffe Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College midfielder Holly Rawcliffe has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played the week of Oct. 23-29, the Conference announced today. This marks Limestone's third POTW honor this season.
A junior from Preston, England, Rawcliffe led the Saints to a 1-0-1 week and an official Conference Carolinas regular season championship after netting two goals on the week. Rawcliffe netted one goal in a 2-2 tie against regioanlly ranked No. 4 Queens (N.C.), while scoring the lone goal in a 1-0 win over conference foe Erskine.
Rawcliffe ranks ninth in both points (16) and goals (7) in the Conference Carolinas statistical standings.
