Limestone's Rawcliffe Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.Limestone College midfielder Holly Rawcliffe has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played the week of Oct. 23-29, the Conference announced today. This marks Limestone's third POTW honor this season.  

A junior from Preston, England, Rawcliffe led the Saints to a 1-0-1 week and an official Conference Carolinas regular season championship after netting two goals on the week. Rawcliffe netted one goal in a 2-2 tie against regioanlly ranked No. 4 Queens (N.C.), while scoring the lone goal in a 1-0 win over conference foe Erskine.

Rawcliffe ranks ninth in both points (16) and goals (7) in the Conference Carolinas statistical standings.
