Limestone's Davis Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College attack Carleigh Davis has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 13-19, the Conference announced today.
Davis, a senior from Eldersburg, Md., posted 10 points on four goals and six assists to lead the No. 13 Saints to a pair of wins. She shot 100 percent on the week, scooped up three ground balls and collected three draw controls.
In a 11-10 win over No. 9 Queens (N.C.), Davis found the back of the net twice and dished out three helpers for five points. She would add a pair of ground balls to her stat line. In a 22-2 rout of Barton, Davis would produce another five points (2g, 3a) with three draw controls and one ground ball.
