Limestone's Davis Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.Limestone College attack Carleigh Davis has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 13-19, the Conference announced today.

Davis, a senior from Eldersburg, Md., posted 10 points on four goals and six assists to lead the No. 13 Saints to a pair of wins. She shot 100 percent on the week, scooped up three ground balls and collected three draw controls.

In a 11-10 win over No. 9 Queens (N.C.), Davis found the back of the net twice and dished out three helpers for five points. She would add a pair of ground balls to her stat line. In a 22-2 rout of Barton, Davis would produce another five points (2g, 3a) with three draw controls and one ground ball.
