Limestone's Martinez Named Conference Carolinas Women's Bimonthly Golfer of the Month
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College's Pilar Martinez has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Bimonthly Golfer of the Month for tournaments played the first half of March, the Conference announced today.
A freshman from Malaga, Spain, Martinez tied for 10th-place at the Peggy Kirk Bell Memorial Invitational with a three-day total of 227 (78-76-73). Her individual performance would propel Limestone to an eighth-place finish against some of the nation's top teams.
