Limestone's Sisk Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College attack Shannon Sisk has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Mar. 20-26, the Conference announced today.
A junior from Brooklin, Ontario, Sisk collected 11 points (3g, 8a) and six ground balls to lead the No. 8 Saints to a 2-0 last week.
In a 14-5 nonconference win over Tusculum, Sisk put up five points on four helpers and one goal while scooping up three ground balls. Then in a matchup of undefeated Conference Carolinas teams, Sisk guided the Saints to a 15-2 win over Pfeiffer, registering six points (2g, 4a) and three ground balls.
Sisk has produced 47 points on 14 goals and 33 assists so far this season. She ranks first in Conference Carolinas in helpers, while ranking seventh in points.
