Chowan's Alansi Named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Chowan University's Ghassan Alansi was named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Mar. 5-11, the Conference announced today.
A freshman from Sana'a, Yemen, Alansi posted a combined 5-3 record last week at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles against tough regional competition.

No. 1 Singles - 3-6, 7-5, 10-8
No. 1 Doubles - 8-5
Palm Beach Atlantic University:
No. 1 Singles - 7-6(7-2), 6-4
No. 1 Doubles - 7-9
Tiffin University:
No. 1 Singles - 6-3, 3-6, 4-10

No. 1 Singles - 6-2, 6-2
