Belmont Abbey's Barfoot Named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Belmont Abbey College's George Barfoot was named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Mar. 12-18, the Conference announced today. This marks Belmont Abbey's second POTW of the season.
Barfoot, a sophomore from Farnham, England, posted a 6-0 combined record for the Crusaders last week. He picked up a pair of non-conference wins to start his week and finished it with four wins against conference foes King and Lees-McRae.
