Limestone's Nemeth Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College attack Caitlyn Nemeth has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Mar. 19-25, the Conference announced today. This marks both Nemeth's and Limestone's second POTW honor of the season.
Nemeth, junior from Old Bridge, N.J., collected 12 (10 g, 2a) points for No. 6 Limestone and led them to a 1-1 record last week. In a 9-7 loss to No. 11 Rollins, Nemeth would net four goals with four draw controls and one ground ball. In the weekly finale against Chowan, Nemeth put up eight points on six goals and two helpers to pace the Saints to a 20-5 win.
Nemeth currently has 36 points on 30 goals and six assists on the season.
