Mount Olive's Ball Named Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive attack Jacob Ball has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 26 - Mar. 4, the Conference announced today. This marks UMO's second POTW honor this season.
Ball, a senior from Newtown, Conn., led the No. 16 Trojans to a 12-9 upset of No. 11 St. Leo last week, producing four points on three goals and an assist.
Ball currently has 18 points on 11 goals and seven assists. His points and goals rank sixth in Conference Carolinas, while his assists rank seventh in the league.
