No. 1 Seed King Wins 2018 Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championship
BRISTOL, TENN. – King University knocked off Barton College to win the 2018 Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championship on Saturday (Apr. 22) night. The Tornado moves to 23-5 overall, while the Bulldogs drop to 21-8 on the year.
The win earned the Tornado its first Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championship title to go along with its regular season championship. King swept the Bulldogs in the championship finale and locked up the program's first trip to the NCAA Division I-II Men's Volleyball Championship.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 11 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, and Southern Wesleyan University. Emmanuel College is currently completing the NCAA Membership Process and will be fully competing in league championships in the near future.
