Belmont Abbey's Haas Named Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Belmont Abbey College attack Noah Haas has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 11-17, the Conference announced today. This marks the first POTW for Haas and the second overall for Belmont Abbey.

Haas, a freshman from Gulf Breeze, Fla., tallied eight points on seven goals and one assist with two ground balls in No. 5 Belmont Abbey's 21-15 victory over No. 12 Lenoir-Rhyne.

 

Also nominated for Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week:
Alec Molander (Lees-McRae) - Posted 13 points on eight goals and five assists with three caused turnovers in one game.
Austin Whitlow (Mount Olive) - Posted three points on three goals in one game.
Brian Huyghue (Limestone) - Posted six points on four goals and two assists with two ground balls in one game.
