Limestone's Lafler Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College midfield Courtney Lafler has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 11-17, the Conference announced today.
Lafler, a senior from Penn Yan, N.Y., posted eight points on six goals and two assists in No. 11 Limestone's 13-9 win over No. 10 Florida Tech.
Also nominated for Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week:
Kiara Burke (Mount Olive) - Posted eight points on seven goals and one assist with 12 draw controls and three cause turnovers in two games.
Rachel Kellogg (North Greenville) - Posted six points on six goals with 17 draw controls and three cause turnovers in two games.
Kylie Eastman (Belmont Abbey) - Posted eight points on five goals and three assists with one ground ball and one caused turnover in one game.
