Limestone's Papa Named Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College attack Tyler Papa has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 18-24, the Conference announced today. This marks the first POTW for Papa and the second overall for Limestone.

A junior from Manilus, N.Y., Papa tallied four points on three goals and one assist with two ground balls in No. 3 Limestone's 13-10 win over No. 7 Mercyhurst.

Papa currently ranks fourth in Conference Carolinas in points (17), while ranking fifth in goals (12) and ninth in assists (5).

 

Also nominated for Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week:
Liam Osborne (Belmont Abbey) - Posted eight points on five goals and three assists with two ground balls in one game.
Alec Molander (Lees-McRae) - Posted 10 points on four goals and six assists with 14 ground balls in one game.
Austin Dixon (North Greenville) - Posted seven points on five goals and two assists with three ground balls in two games.
