Limestone's Lafler Named Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Limestone College midfield Courtney Lafler has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games played from Mar. 18-24, the Conference announced today. This marks the second POTW for Lafler and third overall for Limestone.
A senior from Penn Yan, N.Y., Lafler paced No. 11 Limestone to a pair of Conference Carolinas wins last week over Mount Olive and Erskine. Lafler tallied 13 points on 12 goals and one assist with two caused turnovers and two ground balls in the games.
Lafler scored five goals and led Limestone to a narrow 15-14 win over Mount Olive. Lafler closed out the week with eight points on seven goals and one assist with two ground balls and two caused turnovers in a 24-4 rout of Erskine.
Lafler currently ranks first in Conference Carolinas in goals (49), while ranking second in points (57).

Jackie Kaderabek (Mount Olive) - Posted five points on three goals and two assists in one game.
Marin Felsoci (Belmont Abbey) - Posted five points on five goals with nine draw controls in two games.
Kaeleigh McDaniel (Southern Wesleyan) - Posted 24 saves, 60% save percentage and an eight goals-against average in two games.
Kayli Ashenfelter (Barton) - Posted 15 points on 11 goals and four assists with six draw controls and three ground balls in two games.
Rachel Kellogg (North Greenville) - Posted eight points on six goals and two assists with six draw controls, three ground balls and two caused turnovers in one game.
