Belmont Abbey's Shiell Named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Belmont Abbey College's Kent Shiell was named Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Apr. 8-14, the Conference announced today. This marks the first POTW for Shiell and the third overall for Belmont Abbey.
Shiell, a freshman from Mandeville, La., went a combined 2-0 last week and led Belmont Abbey to a Conference Carolinas win over Southern Wesleyan.

No. 3 Singles - 6-2, 6-1
No. 2 Doubles - 6-3
