2019 Conference Carolinas Softball Championship Preview
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Erskine College officially captured the 2019 Conference Carolinas regular season championship on Sunday (Apr. 21) afternoon.
The Fleet enter the 2019 Conference Carolinas Softball Championship as the No. 1 seed after turning in a 16-4 record. Earning the No. 2 seed through tiebreakers is King University with a 14-6 record. The No. 3 seed will be North Greenville University with its 14-6 record, while University of Mount Olive earned the No. 4 seed with a 12-8 record.
Rounding out the bracket is No. 5 seed Lees-McRae College (11-9), No. 6 seed Southern Wesleyan University (11-9), No. 7 seed Belmont Abbey College (10-10) and No. 8 seed Limestone College (9-11).
The 2019 Conference Carolinas Softball Championship will be hosted by The City of Burlington Recreation & Parks on Apr. 26-28, at Springwood Park in Burlington, N.C. The Conference Carolinas Softball Championship winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.
