Limestone Tabbed to Repeat in Conference Carolinas Women’s Golf Preseason Poll
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Two-time reigning champion Limestone has been selected as the favorite in the 2020 Conference Carolinas Women’s Golf Preseason Poll.
The league office unveiled the preseason tally on Monday, Jan. 20, 2020.
Limestone received all 10 first-place votes available with Southern Wesleyan capturing the other first-place vote.
Mount Olive received eight second-place votes and two third-place votes to sit second in the preseason poll with a total of 88 points. Belmont Abbey (68) was third followed closely by Erskine (67). North Greenville was fifth in the preseason poll with 65 total points. Converse (56), Southern Wesleyan (42), Barton (36), King (36), Emmanuel (30) and Chowan (9) closed out the voting by the head coaches.
