Barton’s Bartlomiej Swiderski was selected as a qualifier in two events. He is the first men’s swimmer from Barton to qualify for the championships.

Emmanuel had three student-athletes earn qualifying status with Igor Bretas Dantas, Joao Santos and Alex Sobers all earning spots. All three will compete in multiple events.

In addition, Emmanuel will compete in numerous relays at the championships.

Two other Emmanuel swimmers were selected as alternates in Thiago Rosa and Elder Oliveira.

Conference Carolinas will be looking for its second straight year of national championship success at the NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships.

Last year, Sobers was the national champion in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:21.09. The national championship win in 2019 secured Emmanuel its first-ever NCAA Division II national championship in its first year of postseason eligibility.
