Lewis and Shea Earn Second Team All-America Honors; Boyette and Moody Collect Honorable Mention Accolades
NORMAN, Okla. – Evans Lewis of North Greenville and Eric Shea of Southern Wesleyan both earned second team 2020 NCAA Division II PING All-America accolades and Bryson Boyette of Barton and Levi Moody of Limestone were honorable mention choices.
The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) recently made the announcement. All four were chosen as All-Region selections last week.
A sophomore out of Sumter, S.C., Lewis was the top golfer for North Greenville in six of its seven events this past season. He claimed individual medalist honors at the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate in St. Augustine, Fla.
A junior out of Brantford, Ontario, Canada, Shea claimed individual medalist honors twice (Anderson Invitational and Miami Intercollegiate) and finished in the top five in five different tournaments in the 2019-20 season.
A junior from Wilson, N.C., Boyette led the Bulldogs this past season with a 72.4 stroke average. A sophomore from Greenville, S.C., Moody led Limestone this past season with a 72.45 stroke average.
