What is your hometown? 
Flat Rock, North Carolina
 
Why did you choose your school? 
I chose Converse because of the environment of the campus and the small school feel.
 
How did you choose your major? 
I took an accounting class fall semester of my sophomore year just to have another credit and ended up really enjoying accounting.
 
What is your favorite class? Why? 
My favorite class currently is labor economics because you are able to learn about what factors influence the labor market and how the market responds.
 
What is your dream job? 
My dream job is to work on Wall Street as a financial analyst.

What advice would you give to an incoming freshman? 
Don't rush things. Going to college is a huge transition and it takes time. Things will fall into place.
 
How many years have you been involved with SAAC? 
This is my second year of being involved with SAAC.
 
What makes Conference Carolinas a great conference to be a part of? 
Conference Carolinas is a great conference to be a part of because of the competition between schools and the ability to be more than just an athlete.
 
What does being a Champion in Body, Mind, and Soul mean to you? 
Being a champion in body, mind, and soul means having a mindset of excellence no matter the circumstances.
 
What is the most important thing you have learned from balancing the demands of athletics and academics? 
The most important thing I've learned is the ability to say no. If you commit to too many things you won't perform any of them to the best of your ability.
 
What is your most memorable moment as a student-athlete so far? 
My most memorable moment as a student-athlete is last March I played in my first golf tournament since shoulder surgery (I tore my labrum) and I shot my collegiate best.
 
One thing people don’t know about you is? 
I was born in the United States but I'm considered a Canadian born aboard since both of my parents are originally from Canada.
 
What is a non-athletic talent that you have? 
I can whistle.
