Tyler Moore of Tusculum Named Men’s Bowler of the Week
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Tyler Moore of Tusculum was named Conference Carolinas Bowler of the Week for men’s bowling for his performances in the week ending Oct. 17.
A senior from Lebanon, Tennessee, Moore led the charge in Saturday’s individual matches at the Columbia 300 Shootout as he tallied 1,212 points over six games for a 202 average. He bowled four 200 games, including a high-game of 219.
He also contributed to the teams 3,033 total pins in the 16-backer games on Sunday to help the Pioneers to a 13th-place finish in the 29-team field. Tusculum tallied 8,421 pins in the event.
