Conference Carolinas Announces 2021 Men’s Soccer Championship Bracket

GREENVILLE, S.C. Francis Marion captured the program’s first-ever Conference Carolinas Men’s Soccer Regular Season Championship to claim the top seed in the conference tournament. 

The Patriots finished their first regular season in Conference Carolinas undefeated with a 10-0-1 league record, 11-4-2 overall. As the top seed, they advance to the conference semifinals on Friday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m.

With a win on the final day of the regular season, Chowan captured the No. 2 seed with a 9-1-1 conference record and 11-3-1 overall. The Hawks will join Francis Marion in Florence in the second semifinal scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 12. 

Mount Olive is the No. 3 seed with a 9-2 conference record and earned the right to host a quarterfinal match on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. They will host the winner of No. 6 North Greenville and No. 7 Converse who will square off at NGU on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 5 p.m.

Lees-McRae enters the postseason as the No. 4 seed with a 7-3-1 league mark. The Bobcats will host the other quarterfinal at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. They will face the winner of the other first-round matchup between fifth-seeded Barton and eight-seed Belmont Abbey which will take place in Wilson, North Carolina on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Semifinals – Friday, November 12 (Florence Soccer Complex – Florence, S.C.)
Winner #4-#5-#8 vs. #1 Francis Marion, 11 a.m.
Winner of #3-#6-#7 vs. #2 Chowan, 1:30 p.m.

Final – Sunday, November 14 (Florence Soccer Complex – Florence, S.C.)
