Conference Carolinas Moves Up in Latest NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Southeast Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – Three Conference Carolinas women’s soccer programs are ranked among the top 10 in the second NCAA Division II Southeast Region rankings of the 2021 fall season.
 
UNC Pembroke (13-4-0, 11-1-0 Conference Carolinas) is ranked sixth in in the latest rankings, while Conference Carolinas regular season champion Mount Olive (14-0-2, 11-0-1 Conference Carolinas) is seventh and North Greenville (11-3-4, 9-1-2 Conference Carolinas) is 10th in the official region rankings.
 
The 2021 NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Championship will include 56 teams with eight from the Southeast Region advancing to the tournament.
 
The Southeast Region features three automatic bids with the winners of the Conference Carolinas, Peach Belt Conference and South Atlantic Conference tournaments earning automatic berths to the 2021 NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Tournament. The rest of the selections will be at-large choices.
