Mia Cotton and Victoria Alexander of Emmanuel Collect Women’s Volleyball Weekly Awards
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Mia Cotton and Victoria Alexander of Emmanuel collected the Conference Carolinas women’s volleyball weekly awards.
Cotton was named the Player of the Week, while Alexander was selected as the Specialist of the Week.
A junior from Tallahassee, Florida, Cotton finished Emmanuel’s two wins last week with 23 kills and 17 digs. She hit .346 in the two wins and also had six services aces, three blocks and three assists. In Emmanuel’s win over Emmanuel she had a double-double with 17 kills and 12 digs.
A junior from Miami, Florida, Alexander collected double-digit digs in both wins last week for Emmanuel. She also had seven assists in the two victories. In Emmanuel’s win over Converse, Alexander had 13 digs. She followed that up with 23 digs in a win over Mount Olive.
