Riley Mulkey of Belmont Abbey and JT Deppe of King Named Weekly Award Winners for Men’s Volleyball
GREENVILLE, S.C. - Riley Mulkey of Belmont Abbey and JT Deppe of King have collected the weekly honors for Conference Carolinas men’s volleyball.
Mulkey was named the Player of the Week, while Deppe picked up Specialist of the Week honors.
A junior from Charlotte, North Carolina, Mulkey posted 35 kills last week for Belmont Abbey. He hit an impressive .446 in the three matches on the week for Belmont Abbey. Mulkey also had six digs, four blocks and one ace on the week.
A senior from Mukwonago, Wisconsin, Deppe finished King’s three matches last week with 126 assists. He dished out 54 in a match with Belmont Abbey before also posting 31 in a win over Emmanuel and 41 in a match with Erskine. Deppe also collected 17 digs on the week to go along with six total blocks and three aces.
