Conference Carolinas Unveils Spring Women's Soccer Championship Bracket
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas has unveiled the bracket for the 2021 Spring Women’s Soccer Championship.
In an effort to maximize the opportunity on the pitch for its student-athletes, all teams in Conference Carolinas women’s soccer qualified for the championship.
The 2021 Conference Carolinas Spring Women’s Soccer Championship will open in a unique way with pool play starting on Sunday, April 18. Each team is guaranteed two matches as part of the championship.
North Greenville earned the top seed in the championship and they will lead the way in Pool A that includes ninth-seeded Erskine and eighth-seeded King. The winner of Pool A will face off against the winner of the fourth-seeded Lees-McRae and fifth-seeded Belmont Abbey home-and-home series in the semifinals.
Pool B features second-seeded Chowan, seventh-seeded Barton and 10
th-seeded Southern Wesleyan. The winner of Pool B will face the winner of Pool C in the semifinals. Pool C is led by third-seeded Mount Olive. The pool also includes sixth-seeded Emmanuel and 11
th-seeded Converse.
All of the teams in the 2021 Conference Carolinas Spring Women’s Soccer Championship are battling to advance to the semifinals that will be held on Friday, April 30 at the Florence Soccer Complex in Florence, S.C. The final of the 2021 Conference Carolinas Spring Women’s Soccer Championship is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 2.
