John Michael Faile of North Greenville Named ABCA/Rawlings Southeast Region Player of the Year; Nine From Conference Carolinas Earn All-Region Honors
GREENSBORO, N.C. - North Greenville's John Michael Faile was named the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Player of the Year, while nine in total from Conference Carolinas were chosen to the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region teams.
The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Division II All-America Committee.
ABCA/Rawlings All-Region first-team selections are nominated for ABCA/Rawlings All-America honors. The ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division II All-Americans will be announced on Friday, June 4. The ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams for all divisions will be announced Wednesday, June 23.
